Assessment Reasoning
The update replaces the existing Copilot experience in Viva Learning with Learning Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, requiring admin review of permissions, deployment plans, and organisational policies. Admins must decide on agent availability and possibly update internal documentation and feature access settings. Users will see a workflow change when accessing learning assistance, but disruption is moderate. Rollout is in progress with completion expected soon, raising urgency for planning and communication.
