Assessment Reasoning
This is a new usability feature for Copilot Chat in Outlook for Mac and iPad, allowing it to float in a separate window. It is enabled by default and does not require configuration, so admin impact is low beyond awareness and communication. Users will notice the change and may need brief guidance, but workflows are unlikely to be significantly disrupted. Rollout is scheduled over the next month, so urgency is moderate for notification and documentation updates.
