Assessment Reasoning
The introduction of the Communicator app requires configuration in Teams app policies, installation for designated users, and ensuring Bot availability. Admin teams need to review permissions and update internal guidance before general availability. End users will see new in-Teams announcement experiences, though initial impact is mainly on communicators and recipients rather than all users. The rollout has started in preview, so planning and setup should begin soon.
