Instead of creating and managing separate workflows for individual tasks, users can design automated processes that perform several actions in sequence after a single trigger.

This enhancement provides a more intuitive, step-based workflow building experience and enables users to automate common business scenarios such as collecting information, sending notifications, updating systems, and routing requests within a single workflow.
