Assessment Reasoning
The feature rollout dates have shifted later, which reduces urgency. Admin impact is low since the feature is enabled by default and needs no configuration, but awareness is important for capacity planning and user comms. User impact is moderate as meeting join experience changes in certain Teams event scenarios, but it is positive and does not involve mandatory training. Implementation effort is minimal beyond updating guidance or informing end users.
