This introduces a new centralized monitoring feature in the Teams admin center with capabilities for viewing, troubleshooting, and exporting meeting and call data. It primarily impacts Teams admins by providing enhanced visibility and tools, but no mandatory configuration or breaking change is mentioned. User impact is minimal as it is an admin-focused feature, and urgency is moderate for awareness and planning before rollout starts in late September 2026.
