Assessment Reasoning
Copilot in PowerPoint now allows tenant admins to add and share organisational skills via the Microsoft 365 admin centre, which introduces governance and process planning. Admin teams may need to create review workflows, assign roles, and update internal guidance, resulting in moderate configuration and communication effort. Users will benefit from new organisational skills, but the workflow change is minimal and mainly improves guidance rather than altering the core UI. Urgency is elevated as rollout is active and preparation for governance and content processes should start quickly.
