Assessment Reasoning
The update adjusts rollout dates for a Teams feature that improves chat usability during file uploads. Admin impact is low as no configuration is needed, though awareness and possible documentation updates are advised. User impact is moderate because it changes behaviour during file transfers, improving the chat experience but requiring minimal guidance. The urgency is limited to awareness of revised timing rather than immediate action.
