Assessment Reasoning
Timeline moved from August to late September through mid-October, reducing immediate urgency but still requiring awareness. Admin impact involves reviewing policy to disable if needed and ensuring guidance on consent and data handling, but no mandatory changes. User impact is noticeable as this adds new Copilot features with multimodal input and AI summaries in OneNote, potentially altering workflows. Implementation effort is moderate due to policy validation and privacy considerations rather than technical rollout work.
