Assessment Reasoning
This update introduces an enhancement to the Copilot Pages experience, allowing users to reference existing Pages from the ‘/’ menu and dedicating the ‘Edit in Pages’ menu to new Page creation. No admin configuration or policy change is needed, so admin impact is low. Users will notice the streamlined feature in their workflow, but the change is simple and non-disruptive. Urgency is low because the rollout is automatic and requires no preparatory action.
