Assessment Reasoning
This is a new Teams admin centre enhancement improving Real-Time Alerting rule management by adding duplication, bulk user upload and delete functions. It impacts administrators only and requires no mandatory action, though process adjustments may help efficiency. End-user experience does not change and the feature is enabled by default, so urgency is low and effort is limited to optional review and workflow optimisation.
