Users will soon be able to build richer, end-to-end automations in Workflows for Microsoft Teams by adding multiple actions within a single workflow. Instead of creating and managing separate workflows for individual tasks, users can design automated processes that perform several actions in sequence after a single trigger.

This enhancement provides a more intuitive, step-based workflow building experience and enables users to automate common business scenarios such as collecting information, sending notifications, updating systems, and routing requests within a single workflow.

  • Targeted Release (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in early September 2026 and is expected to complete by early September 2026.
  • General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in early September 2026 and is expected to complete by early October 2026 (previously mid-September).
