Microsoft 365 Copilot: Insights Copilot Analytics cowork adoption impact
Message ID: MC1472032
[What and why]
Microsoft is introducing Cowork adoption and impact insights in the Consumption dashboard in Copilot Analytics to help organizations understand how Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork capabilities are adopted and how they influence work outcomes across the organization. These insights provide leaders, managers, and analysts with actionable visibility into usage patterns, what tasks users are completing using Cowork, and an estimate of how much additional work was made possible using Cowork (Cowork assisted hours). These insights enable data-driven decisions and help organizations optimize their Copilot investments. This update also extends Cowork metrics into Advanced Insights in Viva Insights for deeper analysis and custom reporting.
