Assessment Reasoning
The feature introduces optional enrichment of meeting prep in Sales agent via Microsoft 365 Copilot using more data sources. It rolls out as public preview and is auto-enabled with no tenant-wide configuration required. Admin involvement is limited to optional configuration of which data sources to include, so impact and urgency remain low. User-facing change is minor and primarily beneficial, with limited disruption.

We are announcing the ability to enrich Sales agent meeting prep with more data sources in Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026.

How does this affect me?
With this feature, meeting prep in Sales agent now supports additional data sources. You can configure which data sources contribute to meeting prep insights through the Sales agent admin experience. This configuration lets your organization decide exactly what context sellers see, whether it’s open service issues, customer needs, or potential risks and opportunities.

Administrators automatically receive this feature with no action needed to enable it at the tenant level.

What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
