Message ID: MC1472778
We are announcing the ability to view partial cancellation of resource bookings from the schedule board, without needing to delete and recreate them in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This partial booking modification feature provides resource managers with reduced manual effort, improved scheduling accuracy, preserved audit history, and unlocked partially available capacity by letting you:
- View continuous, multiday booking as blocks of booking for the daily/weekly/monthly view set on the schedule board.
- Select partial bookings on the schedule board.
- Get cancel and delete options for complete booking and partial booking.
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
