Assessment Reasoning
Microsoft announced the retirement of the Project usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin center, becoming unavailable and removing historical data from 4 December 2026. Admins who track Project adoption must export data before the cutoff and adjust internal documentation or reporting processes. The change is admin-facing only, with visible impact limited to administrators maintaining capacity or usage metrics rather than end users.
