We are announcing the ability to configure and manage SLA with work queues in Power Automate. This feature will reach general availability on September 1, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, you can configure SLA at-risk and violation thresholds for work queues, enabling reporting of work queue items that are at-risk and in violation that you can action on to ensure SLA adherence.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
