We are announcing the ability to enable auto-cleanup for jobs and logs to manage storage in Microsoft Dataverse. This feature will reach general availability on September 15, 2025.
How does this affect me?
This feature introduces a new deletion service which automatically deletes completed system jobs. It also allows admins to set a retention period to retain different type of completion status jobs. This will improve system performance and saves on storage by cleaning up system jobs and plug-in trace logs to comply with your company’s retention policy.
What action do I need to take?
Please review your record retention policy and adjust the default retention periods to ensure they meet your retention policy.
