Assessment Reasoning
This is a new feature for Dynamics 365 Sales introducing AI-driven research for opportunities owned by teams. There is no mandatory action and configuration appears optional, so admin impact and effort are low. Sellers may notice new research results in the UI, creating minor workflow awareness. Urgency remains low as the feature rolls out automatically and does not require enforced changes.
