Assessment Reasoning
The feature introduces targeted surveys in the Copilot dashboard with default enablement, requiring admins to review role assignments and validate exclusion lists. User impact is moderate as only authorised roles can send surveys, and employee experiences do not significantly change beyond potential survey receipt. Admin impact centres on governance of role-based access and compliance checks, with optional configuration steps. As rollout is planned for the future and requires no immediate action, urgency is moderate.
