Assessment Reasoning
This is an interface refresh for CQD custom reports in Teams with improved accessibility and dark mode options. The change does not require configuration, and existing reports are retained, so admin impact is limited to awareness. User impact is minor for Teams admins using CQD as workflows remain intact. Urgency is low as there is no action required and rollout starts in a future window.
