Assessment Reasoning
The update shifts rollout dates for a Teams feature that separates event invites by participant role. Admins mainly need to note the revised schedule and inform organisers of town hall events. User experience changes are limited to more structured calendar invites rather than new workflows, so impact and urgency remain moderate.
