Assessment Reasoning
This introduces a new AI-driven call management function that affects Teams Calling and Bookings. Admins need to review and configure new personal attendant policies, potentially adjusting user call settings and licensing requirements ahead of the preview and general availability rollouts. Users will notice changes to call handling behaviour and new options in their call settings, but adoption can be phased during testing and planning. Timelines are clear and future-dated, so urgency is moderate for awareness and preparation.
