We identified that the June 2024 (release: Core 4.32) and July 2024 (release: Core 4.33) Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kits contain a flow that consumes excess actions. We will be suspending the use of the impacted flow below on August 22, 2024.
Impacted Flow Display Name:
Admin | Sync Template v4 (AI Events)
What action do I need to take?
Please download and install the August 2024 CoE Starter Kit (release: Core 4.37) containing the updated version of the impacted flow. This starter kit will replace the impacted flow with a new version with the display name “Admin | Sync Template v5 (AI Usage)”.
Why is this action needed?
The “Admin | Sync Template v4 (AI Events)” flow included in the June 2024 (release: Core 4.32) and July 2024 (release: Core 4.33) Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kits is consuming additional actions, which may negatively impact your environment’s performance.
If action is not taken to update to the August 2024 CoE Starter Kit before August 22, 2024, the impacted flow will be suspended, resulting in the AI events in your tenant’s environment(s) no longer being gathered and put into the AI Credits Usage table.
Please contact Microsoft Support and reference ICM533290333 if you need further assistance.
