Assessment Reasoning
The announcement delays the Planner My Tasks redesign from November to December 2026, indicating a date change rather than new functionality. Admin teams have minimal configuration work but should prepare internal communications and training updates. End users will notice visual and workflow improvements once enabled, though existing tasks and data remain unaffected. Urgency and effort are moderate as rollout is planned soon but requires awareness and communication only.
