Message ID: MC912178

Before this rollout, in a Microsoft Teams town hall or webinar, the organizer does not have the option to download the transcript after the event has ended. Also, if an organizer has indicated through the meeting options before the event that an RTMP-In feed will be used, the 708 captions does not display in the attendee captions or transcript.

After this rollout, in a town hall or webinar, the organizer can download the transcript after the event has ended. Also, if an organizer has indicated through the meeting options before the event that an RTMP-In feed will be used, the 708 captions will be displayed in both the attendee captions and transcripts.

The transcript can be downloaded in Teams for Windows and Mac desktops and Teams for the web. The 708 captions during the meeting will be displayed in Teams for Windows and Mac desktops, Teams for the web, and Teams for Android and iOS.
