Coming soon to the Microsoft 365 admin center: A new toggle in the Help & Support pane that allows admins to try Support Assistant, a new conversational experience with AI.

Your organization is part of a small subset of customers in the English locale that may see the option to enable the new experience. By default, Support Assistant will be off, but admins can easily toggle it on to explore.

[When this will happen:]

Public Preview: We will begin rolling out the feature early November 2024 and expect to complete by late May 2025.

[How this will affect your organization:]

If your tenant is randomly selected take part in this Public Preview, your admins will start seeing the Support Assistant Preview toggle in Help & Support. If you are not part of the Preview, your admins will not see any changes to Help & Support.

After admins select the Help & Support button in the bottom right corner of Microsoft 365 admin center pages, a pane opens to show the new Support Assistant Preview toggle:
