We are announcing the use proactive prompts and insights generated by Copilot feature for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature enables users to discover and prompt Copilot without the need for manual typing. This feature will reach general availability on November 15, 2024.

This feature will be automatically enabled, unless you have previously opted out of Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

How does this affect me?
This feature will provide users with the following benefits:
