With this new capability, Microsoft 365 Mobile app users can open PDF files that are protected with Microsoft Purview Information Protection sensitivity labels and read them using Microsoft 365 Mobile app in read-only mode. Only authorized users will be able to access these PDF files.
n September 2024, we added new built-in reporting buttons in new Microsoft Outlook for Mac desktops that allow users to report emails as phishing / junk / not junk. Admins can control the appearance and behavior of these buttons from the User reported settings page in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal (security.microsoft.com).
Our team has made an update to the behavior of email notifications in Project for the web. When a project or roadmap is shared with a Microsoft 365 group, only if the group has 50 or less members will an email notification be sent to each member of the group notifying them a plan or roadmap has been shared with them.
