We are announcing the configure Copilot summaries in Field Service feature for Dynamics 365 Field Service. This feature will provide admins with additional control over the specific data that is included in summaries. This feature will reach general availability on December 16, 2024.
How does this affect me?
Copilot in Dynamics 365 Field Service enables your admins to configure the Copilot summary of work orders and bookable resource bookings to better meet the specific business needs of your organization. Admins may choose which tables and columns Copilot uses to generate summaries in natural language. Admins may also generate a preview summary from an existing record with real data before saving the configuration.
What do I need to do to prepare?
