This update to Microsoft Teams regarding the automatic installation and updating of the Network Device Interface (NDI) is set to create a ripple effect that will benefit both admins and users alike.
For users, the ability to automatically install and update NDI means less hassle and more time to focus on what truly matters: collaboration and communication. No longer will they have to pause their workflow to manually check for updates or installations. This change is like finding a hidden stash of snacks in your desk—unexpected, delightful, and definitely appreciated!
On the admin side, the good news is that this rollout will occur automatically, requiring no additional effort on their part. This means less time spent on routine updates and more time available for strategic planning and other important tasks. It’s a win-win situation—admins can breathe a little easier knowing that their team members are equipped with the latest tools without the usual administrative overhead.
The impact of these changes is likely to be quite significant.
