The recent update to include Microsoft Viva Pulse capabilities with Microsoft 365 Copilot subscriptions is set to have a significant impact on both admins and users, and it seems like a win-win situation!

For admins, this change simplifies the management of feedback processes. Previously, only users with a premium Viva Pulse license could create and send Pulse requests. Now, with the inclusion of Pulse in the Copilot subscription, more team members can actively participate in gathering crucial feedback. This means that admins can expect a more engaged workforce, ready to share their insights on the Copilot experience. Plus, the ability to modify or restrict access to templates and questions ensures that admins can tailor the feedback process to fit their organization’s needs.

From a user perspective, this update opens up new avenues for communication and feedback. With just a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, users can now create and send Pulse requests, making it easier for teams to voice their opinions and concerns. And the best part? Responding to these requests doesn’t require a license, so everyone can contribute. It’s like being given a megaphone in a meeting—everyone can share their thoughts without needing a special pass!

As for the impact of these changes, it’s likely to foster a more collaborative environment. By enabling leaders to send brief surveys to gather real-time feedback, organizations can swiftly identify challenges and address concerns. This proactive approach not only improves the Copilot journey but also enhances overall team morale—because who doesn’t love feeling heard?

In conclusion, this update is poised to create a more inclusive and responsive workplace culture. Let’s hear your thoughts! How do you think this change will affect your organization?
