We are introducing tool tips and guidance in-product to help enlighten admins about the Quarantine feature and to further eliminate the need to raise support requests for such guidance.
This guidance can be accessed by clicking on the Resolution to common issues on the Quarantine portal.

This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
