We are announcing the Support Lockbox for GenAI feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature provides an interface for customers to review and approve or reject data access requests; used in cases where a Microsoft engineer needs to access customer data during, for example, a support request. This feature will reach general availability on February 28, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With Lockbox for GenAI, you can govern data access for Microsoft support. This will allow Microsoft access to selected data to assist with business-critical issues in real-time.
