[What you need to do to prepare:]
This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to determine the impact for your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
As the new report and updates roll out, you may observe changes and data difference in Outlook usage within the existing Users chart, changes in Windows/Mac/Mobile/web usage in the existing Platforms chart at the tenant level, and updates to the last activity date of Outlook usage in the user-level table, due to telemetry refinements we have made on the back end.
