The recent update to Microsoft Viva Engage is set to bring a wave of positive changes for both admins and users, making the platform more intuitive and user-friendly. With the introduction of the updated “Create new” button, premium users will find it easier than ever to create Articles and Questions. This enhancement promises to streamline the content creation process, reducing the time spent navigating through menus and options.
For admins, the good news is that this rollout will happen automatically, requiring no additional action. This means less hassle in managing updates and more time to focus on strategic initiatives. However, it would still be wise to review your current configuration and inform your users about these changes. After all, a well-informed team is a happy team!
Users will benefit significantly from this update. The simplified access to create content means that sharing knowledge and engaging with the community will become a breeze. Imagine the joy of not having to scroll through endless options just to ask a question or share an article—it’s like finding a parking spot right in front of your favorite café!
As with any update, the impact will depend on how effectively organizations adapt to these changes. While it’s not introducing new content types, the ease of access to existing ones can drive engagement and foster a more collaborative environment.
So, what do you think about these changes? Will they make your life easier, or are there aspects you wish were different? Let’s hear your thoughts! And for more insights, check out additional posts on mwpro.co.uk!
