[When this will happen:]
General Availability (Worldwide): We began rolling out late March 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025.
[How this will affect your organization:]
Before this rollout: Pulse authors can view an aggregated report of the responses received when the request closes and the minimum reporting threshold is met. This aggregated report contains the average scores, trends over time, selections for multiple-choice questions, and any open text responses that may have been provided. Pulse authors have to review their entire report to understand what their team members have shared with them.
After this rollout
- The Copilot summary of the Pulse report can help Pulse authors quickly understand the report overview, highlights and lowlights based on the responses received.
- Pulse authors can choose to copy and edit the Copilot summary as part of an author’s note and share the summary and report with their team members to promote transparency and practice acknowledgement.
- Pulse authors can submit feedback regarding the quality of the Copilot summary using thumbs up/down buttons, as part of the report summary experience. This feedback will help us improve the quality of the summary and Pulse overall.
