We are announcing the ability to manage table list views with security roles in Power Platform. This feature will reach general availability on June 30, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, admins can select the appropriate system views for their respective users by security role. Users with the selected security roles, when on a table form, can see the system views that were shared with their specific security role.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
For more information on this feature, please visit Manage table list views with security roles.
