We are announcing the ability to re-enable locked customer managed key environments in Power Platform admin center. This public preview feature will begin rolling out globally on July 23, 2025, with an anticipated rollout completion of July 30, 2025.
How does this affect me?
Previously, if customer-managed key environments were deactivated due to the revocation of key access of the enterprise policy, you needed to submit a support ticket to activate these environments once the key access was restored.
Now, administrators can unlock and activate environments directly through the Power Platform admin center. They can also identify which environments were deactivated due to unhealthy enterprise policies and proactively manage these environments to ensure smooth operations.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
