We are announcing the ability to manage system views with security roles in Microsoft Dataverse. This feature will reach general availability on August 18, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, admins can select the appropriate system views for their respective users by security role. Users with the selected security roles will only see the system views that were shared with their security role.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
