Copilot Studio – Analyze business impact of copilot studio agents in Viva Insights advanced insights – New date [MC1127831]

We are announcing the ability to Analyze business impact of Copilot Studio agents in Viva Insights advanced insights in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature provides an aggregated view for Insights Analysts to understand how their copilot studio agents perform and what business value they provide. This feature will reach general availability on October 15, 2025.

How does this affect me?
Insights Analysts will receive an aggregated business impact report for all their published custom copilot agents in Viva Insights. This will allow users to drill down to specific agent level reports to understand usage and value of each agent. The Copilot Studio agent report in Viva Insights Advanced Insights feature is enabled by default in Copilot Studio. Environment admins can disable it from the Power Platform Admin center.

Below is a description of how the integration works:

• Copilot Studio sends published custom copilot agent data and aggregated metrics on a daily basis to M365.
• Viva Insights uses this data to generate an aggregated tenant level report.
• The report includes aggregated copilot agents’ usage data, business impact and ROI analysis.
• Analysts can drill down to specific agents to view detailed usage and ROI information such as estimated hours saved, revenue increase, cost reduction, etc.
