To support multitasking during meetings, Microsoft Teams is introducing the ability for users on iPad to pop out their meeting window into a separate Teams window. This enhancement aligns with customer feedback requesting more flexible meeting experiences on mobile devices.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out early October 2025 and expect to complete by mid-October 2025.
General Availability (GCC, GCC High and DoD): We will begin rolling out mid-October 2025 and expect to complete by late October 2025.

Who is affected: All users who join Microsoft Teams meetings using iPads.
What will happen:
- Users will be able to pop out their meeting window into a separate Teams window.
- This feature is enabled by default; no admin configuration is required.
- Users can manage this setting from their Teams app on iPad.
- Existing device settings and policies remain unchanged.
