We are announcing the ability to insert Copilot prompts in email templates that will enable data to be auto populated when the email template is inserted in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on October 31, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, administrators can speed up email responses with intelligent template prompts by setting up email prompts in email templates. When a customer service representative uses an email template, Copilot automatically fills in content from the prompts.
What action do I need to take?
