We are announcing the ability to proactively mitigate competitive risks with tailored competitor insights and talking points from the Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on October 31, 2025.
How does this affect me?
This feature delivers insights directly into your workflow, including an overview, SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis, and tailored talking points for each direct competitor, along with timely insights whenever a competitor is mentioned in sales emails. The key insights provided by this feature are listed below:
- Competitor History: Gain access to insights from relevant past opportunities where you have competed against a specific competitor.
- Competitor Landscape: Identify the top direct competitors for a given sales scenario based on similar products offered or similar account profiles targeted and get an overview and SWOT analysis for each competitor.
- Tailored Talking Points: Receive actionable recommendations to adjust your approach for addressing specific competitors.
- Competitor Mentions: Stay informed whenever a competitor is mentioned in sales emails, ensuring you are always aware of emerging competitor risks.
