Outlook mobile users can now prepare for their meetings using Copilot chat with a single tap. This feature is available on Android and iOS platforms and requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. It helps users quickly access relevant meeting information, making preparation more efficient and personalized.

[When this will happen:]

General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in late November 2025 and is expected to complete by mid-December 2025.

  • Who is affected: Users of Outlook mobile on Android and iOS who have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
  • What will happen:
    • Eligible users will see a new Copilot chat option to prepare for meetings directly within Outlook mobile.

    • No admin configuration is required.
    • Existing policies and permissions are respected.
