Microsoft Copilot Studio – Advanced computer use activity public preview [MC1183835]

We are announcing the ability to monitor your environment’s computer use with new detailed session insights and logs through an improved action panel fueled by verbose computer use logs stored in Dataverse in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature will reach public preview on November 13, 2025.

How does this affect me?
Advanced computer use activity provides users with detailed insights into computer use runs. Advanced computer use activity logs are stored in Dataverse and consume a mix of database, log, and file storage capacity. This feature will be enabled by default if or once it has been enabled in an environment.

Administrators can control enablement, verbosity, and data retention of advanced computer use activity per environment in the Power Platform admin center.

1. Navigate to Power Platform admin center
2. Go to Manage> Environments> Select your environment> Settings> Product> Features
3. The following settings are available in the Computer Use section:
1. Store logs in Dataverse
2. Computer use logs verbosity
3. Log retention time
4. Send audit logs to Microsoft Purview
