[Introduction]
We’re introducing the ability for Outlook mobile users to open and send OFT files (Outlook File Templates). This feature allows users to view and open OFT files as draft messages, enabling easier reuse of existing Outlook email templates.

[When this will happen:]
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, and DoD): We will begin rollout early February 2026 and expect to complete early March 2026.

Who is affected: All users who access Outlook on mobile devices.
What will happen:
- Users will be able to open OFT files on mobile.
- This feature is available by default.
- OFT files will open as a draft message.
- Users can reuse Outlook email templates directly from mobile.

- No action is required.
- Update your internal training and documentation if your organization references this feature.
