We are announcing the Summarize work orders with Copilot in Outlook feature for Dynamics 365 Field Service. This feature allows you to get a summary of a work order without having to leave Outlook and open the Field service web or mobile apps. We will be retiring the Utility.SendEmail API from SharePoint. The SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail could be used to send emails from custom applications or processes within SharePoint Online, including Power Automate, and custom workflows.
