The recent updates in the computation of network metrics and cross-collaboration metrics in Viva Insights are set to bring about some interesting changes for both admins and users. For admins, the refined logic will enhance the accuracy of identifying connections between licensed and unlicensed employees, which could lead to more meaningful insights and better decision-making. It’s like having a clearer lens to view the connections within your organization—no more blurry edges!

On the user side, the updated cross-collaboration query computations will help protect the data of those who have opted out of Viva Insights. This is a significant step towards prioritizing user privacy and ensuring that everyone feels comfortable with how their data is handled. After all, who wouldn’t want to feel like their secrets are safe, even in the digital realm?
