Dynamics 365 Contact Center – Upload phone numbers in bulk for direct routing [MC1070318]

Message ID: MC1070318

We are announcing the ability to upload your existing phone numbers in bulk for direct routing in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on May 30, 2025.

How does this affect me?
When integrating existing telephony infrastructure with Dynamics 365 Contact Center through Azure Communication Services direct routing, customers can bulk import their existing phone numbers. A template is generated in the Contact Center admin center, under the advance settings in the Phone number tab, based on the data entered by administrators such as carrier, country, and number type. They can then input their numbers in the template and upload them in bulk.

Once the upload is complete, administrators can view the status of their updated file. After the file is successfully processed, the numbers are ready to use and listed on the Phone Number page.

What do I need to do to prepare?
